Alex Kinsey and Sierra Deaton - the love birds who won X Factor last year - are currently promoting their upcoming debut.

The two, who appeared on season 3 of the singing competition show, released a mini behind-the-scenes video of their promo tour in New York City, which shows them making stops at well-known publications, including People, Billboard, Teen Vogue and Vevo.

"The last couple of days have been crazy, but so much fun," Deaton said in the clip. "We've been going from place to place just playing for people and, you know, letting people know about the album and what we've been up to, what the songs are about. It's fun to get to see what songs people respond to the most."

Alex & Sierra released the album's first single, Scarecrow, in May. "We think that Scarecrow is a really good first look at the album," Kinsey said. "I think that it explains our personalities pretty well. It's a fun song. It's really exciting and we hope that people really gravitate toward it like we have."

As Sierra said that she and her boyfriend are anticipating performing on tour, Alex also explained his hopes for their first album dropping this summer.

"Hopefully, some day, maybe the songs from this album can be something that people recall memories with and that they associate good times and bad times and sad times and happy times with," he said.
