Kyle Glover, the 11-year-old stepson of R&B singer Usher, has been declared brain dead following a ski accident on Friday, TMZ first reported. The son of Tameka Foster, Usher's estranged wife, did not have any brain activity when he arrived at the hospital, and is still on life support.

CBS Atlanta 2 news has just reported that the jet ski driver who hit Glover and a 15-year-old girl has been identified as 38-year-old Jeffrey Hubbard, a family friend.

"According to one of my rangers, the Jet Ski ran on top of them (kids)," said Sgt. Mike Burgamy, Lake Lanier Supervisor. Two Department of Natural Resource rangers saved the girl. Two local residents, Troy Morrow and Rob Jordan, rescued the boy, continued the report.

Foster has shared her reaction to the tragedy on Facebook and to radaronline.

"Kyle, You are strong.. You'll be saved I know it. I love you my baby. I need all #Prayers for my son! thanks you everybody!" Tameka wrote on her Facebook page.

"He's bad," she told radaronline exclusively about her son from her marriage to Ryan Glover.

E! Online reported that Usher chartered a jet so that Tameka could fly to be by her son's side. Kyle was air-lifted to Children's Healthcare at Egelston Hospital in Atlanta.

Glover and an unidentified 15-year-old girl were riding an inner tube behind a boat on Georgia's Lake Lanier when they were hit by the man driving a jet ski. The news were first reported Friday by WSBTV Channel 2 News before Kyle was identified. Both children were airlifted to the hospital, with Glover in critical condition. Police told the local news channel WSBTV Channel 2 News that alcohol "did not appear to be" a factor in the accident. Channel 2's Michael Buczyner later found out the girl had a broken arm and a laceration on her head.
