As the finale of season 2 of Beauty and the Beast is only two episodes away, actress Kristin Kreuk, who plays Catherine on the CW series, teased the ending of this chapter for fans in a recent interview.

Vin And Cat Hide Out In Suburbia But Are Found Out In The Upcoming Episode?

Speaking to TVLine, Kreuk did actually give a bit of unsubstantial information about the finale of season 2, which will surely excite fans, as she hopes.

"It's interesting, because we shot [the finale] before we knew what was going on [with the series renewal], so there's both a cliffhanger and closure," Kreuk said. "Those two things both exist within the final episode. It's a pretty exciting episode."

No 'Way Out' For Vincent As Evidence Against Him Is 'Rather Damning?'

The recently revealed trailer for the twentieth episode, Ever After, of season 2 of Beauty and the Beast, Gabe (Sendhil Murthy) is seen relentlessly hunting for Vincent (Jay Ryan) who is on the lam with Catherine (Kristen Kreuk).

Recently, the synopsis and a new bunch of promotional photos for the episode reveal the fate of Vincent and Catherine.

In the last episode Vincent escaped from prison and took off with Catherine, who vowed to not leave his side, putting her own life in danger. It seems like their troubles are far from over judging by synopsis of the new episode, titled Ever After. It seems like the couple will be sucked back into the mess and won't be able to escape for too long.

Here's the official synopsis:

"Cat (Kristin Kreuk) and Vincent (Jay Ryan) take Agent Knox's (guest star Anthony Ruivivar) offer to extricate and try to lead normal lives -- but forced out of their control conspire to expose them and drag them back into the fray."

Ever After will air on June 23 on The CW.
