Country singers Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood seem to have had just as much fun behind the scenes as they did on stage performing their duet Somethin' Bad.

Carrie Underwood Talks 'Wonderful' Friendship With Miranda Lambert

The Automatic singer has admitted that she was concerned about approaching the "Before He Cheats" performer to sing the song with her, and even more nervous after Underwood accepted the invitation.

"When she [Underwood] came into the studio," said Lambert In People yesterday, "I was writing to [husband] Blake [Shelton], 'I'm in over my head, I don't know what I've done!' When you respect someone like that you get so nervous. To hit the notes she hits, I would have to take off running and jump as high as I could."

In spite of Lambert's nerves, the duo seemed full of energy and enthusiasm while recording the song in the studio. Determination and focus blended with laughs and a whole lot of country attitude to make for a memorable experience.

"This song meshes our styles," added Lambert, "It's a great match of what she [Underwood] does and what I do. I hope she'll come to the dark side and we can explore something on video."

With the success Somethin' Bad has had on stage and the rise of Lambert's album Platinum to the top of the charts, a Lambert/Underwood video would be met with nothing short of enthusiasm by fans.
