Kerry Washington has stepped out with her two-month old daughter Isabelle for the very first time. The Scandal actress was spotted taking her daughter Isabelle out for a walk during a family outing with her husband Nnamdi Asomugha, near Los Angeles, Calif. this past weekend.

The Hollywood family were on their way to a friend's BBQ party where they watched the most recent World Cup game with their closest friends and family.

"Happy Summer Solstice!!!!" Washington tweeted just one day before her family outing with her daughter Isabelle.

Meanwhile, there have also been rumors that suggest Washington might leave television for good as she's been wanting to concentrate on her family life at home, instead. Washington gave birth to her daughter back in May.

According to Washington's friend, legendary actress Diahann Carroll, she says the new mother is in her "perfect place" in life right now. The actress says that Washington feels content with her life right now that she wouldn't mind putting her career on hold to concentrate full-time on motherhood.

"You could smell that she wanted this whole life: the baby, the husband, the in-laws [and] the house," she said, "She wants it. She wants this baby and her husband wants the baby, so the baby is coming into an absolutely perfect situation."

However, despite the rumors, ABC previously announced that Washington will be returning for the fourth season of Scandal this fall.
