Austin Mahone is taking on Paris! The 18-year-old super star is storming the French capital and talking about it all on Twitter.

On June 25, Mahone tweeted "PARIS U READY!!!????!?!?!?" before his big international concert. Then Mahone posted a photo on Instagram at the Eiffel Tower writing, "Got em hangin off the Eiffel!"

Mahone is currently on a headlining summer tour in promotion of his EP The Secret.

Mahone has said he wants to be known by fans all over the world, not just in this home country of the United States. Mahone is originally from Texas. "It is a little strange, but that makes it more of a challenge for me," Mahone said about not being as popular overseas. "I want to reach every little part of the world. I want a fan base on each continent."

In order to get fans though Mahone says he wont follow in the edgy footsteps of other pop stars such as 21-year-old Miley Cyrus. Cyrus is known for her shocking antics including a mostly naked Wrecking Ball music video.

"The shocking and risky thing that [Miley] has done has definitely got her more well known," Mahone told Digital Spy recently. "I feel like a lot of fans on YouTube and Twitter are like, 'Oh, don't go crazy like these people.'

"You know, everyone's definitely going to make mistakes," Mahone said. "But I'm not worried, because I've got a big family around me... who are going to keep me in check, so I'm not too worried about it."
