Jenelle Evans may have just given birth to her second child, but MTV's Teen Mom 2 star is going out of her way to remind her eldest son, Jace, and boyfriend Nathan Griffith just how much they mean to her.

While the new mother has received some online backlash from "haters," the star has chosen to focus on what she is thankful during this time in her life.

"I've never been this happy in my life," tweeted Evans yesterday evening. "I'm so extremely grateful for what I have and not to mention proud of myself. I love my family SO MUCH."

"The love I have for my man," continued Evans, referring to Griffith, "Is the most genuine feeling I've ever experienced. Thank you for everything, it's forever."

Shortly before posting her affection, Evans released a photo of her and five-year-old Jace having a snack together.

Evan's heartfelt sentiments did not go unnoticed. Griffith responded on Twitter by sharing a personal text message between the two in which Evans told him how much he meant to her. Griffith's response indicates he feels exactly the same way. "A true woman can express her feelings to her man," he wrote, "I love you so much baby!"

Newborn Kaiser is Evans' first child with Griffith. Evans had Jace five years ago with a previous boyfriend, and Griffith has a three-year-old daughter named Emery from a previous relationship.

It seems that young Jace is adjusting to the new family structure pretty well. Wednesday evening Evans took to Twitter yet again to let people know how her son is handling the new baby.

"Jace put Kaiser's teddy bear next to him while he sleeps," wrote Evans, "becuz Jace said 'he can dream with his animal friend' #BrotherlyLove."

With her final exams over and little Kaiser settling in, Evans looks forward to some relaxation with her three favorite guys.
