4th of July Fireworks Los Angeles 2014: Best Locations For Watching Shows Including Grand Park, The Hollywood Bowl, Rose Bowl & More [LIVE STREAM]
Los Angeles certainly isn't keeping things quiet this Fourth of July, with plenty of fireworks shows scheduled to keep celebrations loud and festive.
The city has several shows scheduled to begin as soon as the sun sets on the fourth, with one of the biggest shows scheduled to be the 88th annual Americafest presented by Honda at Rose Bowl Stadium. Touted as the largest fireworks show in Southern California, tickets are $15 per person for the event. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9 p.m., and the event will be emceed by CBS 2 News anchor Paul Magers. Entertainment will include performances by the Grammy nominated Liverpool Legends and Teen Idol singing star Ian Thomas. More information can be found here.
Other big shows in Los Angeles include:
1. Culver City July 4th Fireworks: This show, which costs $5 per person (up to a max of $20 per vehicle), and is taking place on the West L.A. college grounds. Entertainment includes live music from Rob Canove & Playback, food trucks, and family-friendly games and attractions.
2. The Hollywood Bowl July 4th Fireworks Spectacular: Tickets range from $13 per person all the way up to $250 per person for this star-studded event. The event will feature Steve Martin, Edie Brickell, The Steep Canyon Rangers, patriotic music from the U.S. Air Force Band of the Golden West, and of course, the fireworks.
3. July 4th at Grand Park: Grand Park in L.A.'s Civic Center will be a four-block block party which is set to feature the biggest rooftop fireworks display in Downtown Los Angeles. Doors opened at 1 p.m. with music beginning at 4 p.m. The free event concludes at 9 p.m. as the fireworks begin lighting up the night sky.
