A new scene has been released from a previous episode of Botched that shows a girl pouring her heart out after suffering from depression with nose jobs.

The scene that was posted on E! News on Tuesday starts off with Jenn meeting up with her friend Joi who she's distanced herself from due to her insecurity issues. Joi mentions that it was brief the last time they saw each other; the scene then gets more emotional.

Jenn asks her friend if she knows why she backed out of their friendship, which Joi seems to have an idea on.

"I knew you weren't happy with the second nose job," Joi says.

Jenn then reveals that she feels like everyone was looking at her for the wrong reasons. "It just made me not want to go out anymore," she says.

She goes on about how she needed to spend time with herself, then lets the tears fall. The patient says that she backed out when people needed her, and how glad she is that Joi is willing to give her another chance.

"I'm really determined to not fall back into my old patterns, the isolation," Jenn says behind the scenes. "There's no reason to hide anymore. I deserve to have friends and be social and popular, and not just, you know, retreat inside."

The two girls then get to the happier side of the conversation when they say they want to start hanging out again, which leads to a genuine hug.

Botched airs on Sundays at 10 p.m. ET on E!
