New details have been emerged on transgender porn star Kimber James that were extremely vivid during her appearance on Botched.

The information was shown in a clip posted on E! News on Monday in a deleted scene. James is having a meal with her friend and publicist Erika where she dishes on her future work and future surgeries.

"She can give me a personal point of view and a professional point of view," James said behind the scenes.

The X-rated actress mentions that she's going to be the Catholic schoolgirl in an upcoming video, and she needs an appropriate outfit. This leaves Erika a little stumped especially when James goes on about how she gets bruises on metal desks.

The conversation then gets a little more graphic when James mentions the way her private area looks. "I can't have sex on camera in certain positions," she said.

According to the site, James has had a labiaplasty as well as nose and breast reconstructions.

Erika tries to convince her client that she probably looks better than most of the girls in the adult industry, but they have certain forms of the genitalia that she doesn't have.

James also revealed that there are sexual positions she can't do although she can do one of them "backward." She then informs her publicist that she plans to get her surgery done all over again.

Erika gives her support by letting the porn star know that she should do what makes her happy.
