Rob Kardashian continues to work at losing weight, but now his failed relationship with Kim Kardashian adds more stress as he is accusing her of leaking pictures that sparked drug rumors.

Some fans were shocked when pictures of Rob seeming to partake in sizzurp (codeine cough syrup and soda) hit the internet. An insider confirmed earlier this month that Rob blames Kim for the pictures getting leaked.

"Rob absolutely believes that his family, specifically, sister, Kim, have leaked information about his alleged drug use to the media."

The source added that Kim's alleged actions come just after he failed to show up at her lavish Italian wedding to Stronger rapper Kanye West.

"She was so angry at Rob for abruptly leaving her wedding festivities, and he thinks she did this as revenge. The two haven't been close for a very long time, and are virtual strangers to each other."

His reported fallout with Kim and the rest of his family also has a negative impact on his intense attempts to shed several pounds.

"[He] continues to isolate himself from the family. He had been working out on a semi-regular basis, but blew off numerous sessions with his trainer last week. He just goes into modes of radio silence and doesn't return anyone's phone calls...He feels completely estranged from his sisters and family. He really isn't in a good place."

Rob has been pretty quiet lately but he did tweet a mysterious message July 7, making many wonder what he has been up to.

"12:36 and that's something that no one will understand. But if you didm you would be the best person ever created. 12:36 in't from The Bile and it ain't whatever time zone y'all in. Like I said, no one will ever understand what 12:36 means. Goodnight".
