It looks as though things are going to get pretty wild during an upcoming episode of the Real Housewives of New York. Rumor has it that housewife Aviva Drescher apparently hurled her prosthetic leg across a restaurant during a heated argument at another cast mate.

The incident allegedly happened last fall, but according to a report, witnesses signed non-disclosure agreements and have largely kept quiet about it.

A source tells Page Six, "During a wild argument among the cast, Aviva yells, 'What do you want from me? To crawl out of here?' All the while, she's shimmying out of her prosthetic leg under the table. She then throws it, in front of a crowd of shocked people."

"It's something that definitely has not been seen on TV before," the source added.

Bravo recently teased the incident by showing an image of a detached gam in a high heel lying on the ground.

Meanwhile, rumor has it that the rest of the cast of the Real Housewives of New York might be getting pink slipped after this season, too. A source reveals that the only two people that will be saved on the show are Ramona Singer and Aviva Drescher.

"Ramona will most likely be offered a contract to come back," a source told Radar Online. "And Aviva Drescher could be offered a much smaller role, of series guest star. The rest of the cast is expected to get pink slips."

As far as the low ratings for this season, Bravo doesn't want to cancel the series all together and instead wants to revamp it with new Housewives and plotlines for the upcoming season.

"Bravo doesn't want to cancel the series because New York is the unofficial capital of the United States," an insider told Radar Online. "The amount of wealth concentrated into such a small area makes it a major draw."

As far as the new cast, the insider adds that they will be "over-the-top," wealthy and "very charismatic" with multiple estates.
