The third season of Nashville is about to air this fall, and according to one of the actors, it'll definitely be a must-see.

Actor Records A 'Special' Song For Season 3

Ed Amatrudo, who's known for playing Glenn on the series, tweeted something about the opening episode for the fans that ought to leave them in anticipation.

"Think about your favorite episode of @Nashville_ABC and multiply it by 3. That's how incredible Ep . 301 is going to be. # Emmy worthy OMG!" the actor wrote on Wednesday.

That same day, he added another tweet where he mentioned that things seem to be going pretty smoothly with the actors going back to filming.

"Unfortunately, I was unable to take any pictures at the @Nashville_ABC table read today for Ep 301. But trust me, everyone looks amazing," the actor wrote.

Aubrey Peeples, who plays Layla on the series, recently mentioned to Glamour that she would like her character to have some kind of romance with Jeff (Oliver Hudson).

"I think that would be so fun. He's a lovely person," Peeples said. "I'm really hoping she takes a step back and looks at herself. She struggles with writing music, and I feel like she's gone through so much this season that maybe she'll go through a transformation with her music. I'm hoping something like that happens."

The actress also mentioned that she didn't know what was going to happen in the third season although she might have an idea now based on Amatrudo's tweets.

Nashville Season 3 is expected to premiere on Wednesday, September 24 on ABC.
