Witches of East End is about to take a heartbreaking turn when Freya and Killian both experience something that will eat them up inside.

'Witches Of East End' Actress Dishes On 'Warmth' Of The Show

On Sunday, a sneak peek of the next episode was released on the show's Facebook page. The clip starts off with Freya sitting down with Killian and his new lover Eva. Killian asks Freya how she found him and she tells him that she got worried when he didn't call her back so she hired a private detective.

Eva tells Freya that she must really care about Killian, which causes the man to say that he's Freya's brother-in-law. This is when Freya admits that the wedding did not happen with Dash and they broke off their relationship. This causes Killian to give a lovesick look, but tries to brush it off by taking a drink of his beer. Freya then gets a heartbroken look in her eyes after revealing this especially since she might be too late with Killian now that he's with someone else.

While fans might be anti-Eva for this, they might find it hard to hate her since she gives her condolences to Freya.

The moment gets even worse when Freya tells Killian that his mother passed away. She mentions that she doesn't know much about what happened, but he might want to come home to his brother.

Eva supports this and tells Killian that she'll get the first flight out. As she leaves, she gives her boyfriend a soft kiss, causing Freya's heart to break even more.

"I'm so sorry, Killian," Freya says. "About everything."

Witches of East End airs on Sundays at 9 p.m. ET on Lifetime.
