To the excitement of the Fifty Shades of Grey fans, the movie version's trailer is set to be released on The Today Show on Thursday,  as they've begun making their presence known on Twitter in sheer anticipation.

Why New 'Fifty Shades of Grey' Film Is Artistic And Tasteful

Fans have been tweeting Fifty Shades author EL James all morning long with love for the trailer, prior to it being aired!

The Twitter account @50ShadesFandom has been live tweeting the entire experience. "DAKOTA'S HAIR. DAKOTA'S DRESS. JAMIE'S HAIR. JAMIE'S OUTFIT. THEY ARE PERFECT #FiftyShades #FSOGTrailer" the site wrote after Today showed the two stars who play Christan Grey and Dakota Johnson.

Former Christian Grey Charlie Hunnam Remains 'Invested' In Character

The Today Show also tweeted a photo of its stars, Jamie Dornan (Christian Grey) and Dakota Johnson (Anastasia Steele) for Fifty Shades fans writing "Attention 'Fifty Shades' fans... We have some very special guests in Studio 1A"

One person who still supports the film is its initial Christian, Charlie Hunnam, who despite dropping out recently came to the book's defense.

"I think people really do that book a disservice when they reduce it to that type of talk," Hunnam said in new quotes from the Miami Herald released on July 22 about people who call Fifty Shades "mommy porn."

"What [James] actually created is a really sophisticated dynamic and presented it in a package which was accessible to people who normally would be terrified of that subject," he said. Hunnam had to leave the film due to scheduling conflicts between the movie and his hit FX show Sons of Anarchy.
