Botched is about to get even more twisted when a patient wants something from the doctors that even surprises them.

Patient Reveals Eerie Moment Involving A Murdered Doctor?

On Friday, E! News posted the clip with Lacy Wildd whose breast size is at LLL. According to the site, this caused the patient to win Guiness World Records, but that's not enough for her; she wants to get up to QQQ.

Dr. Dubrow tells Wildd that she must have had some problems with her chest with all the work she's gotten done, and she admits that she had an internal bra put in after a certain muscle ripped. She then reveals that there is pig skin in her, including in her stomach.

"You have a lot of pig skin...," Dubrow says in slight awe.

Wildd goes on with intimate details on her sex life, including a "double clap." She also mentioned that she can still have traditional sex despite having a large chest. Wildd then brought up how she drives, which doesn't include a seatbelt. According to her, it would be more dangerous to wear one. When the doctor asks if she's disabled the airbags in her her, she jokingly responds, "I have my own airbags," referring to her breasts.

The doctors then take the patient in when they have a look at her. Dubrow admits that he's never seen breasts that big before. He then starts to have more fun with Wildd when he takes a flashlight to her chest and looks over all her veins.

"It was like being in medical school again. Awesome," Dubrow says.
