Drag superstar RuPaul has given his own words of wisdom to anyone looking to make it big, which can include future queens who make it into the drag race.

On Sunday, Ad Week posted an interview with RuPaul who mentioned the most impoartant part of being a performer is just to be oneself.

"Know thyself," the drag host said. "Never try to be something you're not because the audience is looking for authenticity, and they're looking for someone who understands their own energy."

RuPaul Is A 'Master Of Transformation'

There is no word yet on which queens will be making their way onto the reality competition next season, but one who is being rumored is Arabia Felix ever since she told Drag Official what will happen if she gets in the race even if her parents aren't too supportive.

"Even though my mother is understanding, she would care a lot about what peope would say," Felix said. "I don't think they would even if I won the show (which is gonna happen, if I got on it! If I'm going to go through all of this, I'm going to win!)"

The performer then mentioned what it was that made her interested in doing drag, which happened to come from watching the reality series.

"When I was in the U.S., I simply saw RuPaul's Drag Race on Netflix," Felix said. "After seeing one episode, it all made sense in my head- what I did before and what I wanted to do."

RuPaul's Drag Race Season 7 is expected to premiere in February 2015 on Logo TV.
