Keith Urban has decided to give away an autographed Phoenix Limited Edition guitar to one lucky fan and for this country singer, generosity is hardly out of the ordinary.

According to Rolling Stone on Monday, Urban frequently gives away signed guitars during his shows, going so far as to hand it out during his performances on stage.

"I've watched some of the greatest guitarists in the world perform and I've seen people just learning how to play," explained the musician, "The looks on their faces are almost always the same and the connection with the instruments is genuine."

The limited edition guitar will be given away in association with Rolling Stone Country. All fans need to do is go onto the Rolling Stone Country Facebook page for the "Keith Urban Raise 'Em Up Tour Sweepstakes." Each individual can obtain one entry by "liking" RS Country on the social media site.

It is uncertain when the winner will be announced but, if Urban's past behavior is any indication, it's possible the musician will elect to hand-deliver the instrument himself.

Urban's fan involvement doesn't end there. Last month his team put in place a competition for a one winner to get the opportunity to sing a duet with him on-stage. After the contest was announced by a local Ohio radio station, a high school student entered and won the coveted role.

Urban is currently out on back to back tours, but will be returning to Fox this fall as a judge for the hit singing competition American Idol.
