Beyonce and Jay Z Divorce: Woman Sues Couple, Claims She Is Blue Ivy's Birth Mother [VIDEO]
Beyonce and Jay Z have more drama to face as a woman claims she is the birth mother of their two-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy Carter.

While rumors swirled as Beyonce was pregnant with the toddler that she was using a surrogate, a woman who says she is the one who lender her eggs for Blue Ivy has come forward. According to Radar Online Friday, her name is Tina Seals, she is homeless and she has gone as far as filing court documents in New York City that request a judge to order the power couple to pay up.
The documents read in part, "Through mutual associates Plaintiff (myself) provided DNA egg for Beyoncé and Jay Z and look to work out some type of (sic) contractual agreement with Defendants that: a:) Would compensate me for my services with reference to Blue Ivy Doe.

B) Would remove any criminal liability associated with the unlawful use of my DNA for the parties involved. C) Would terminate Plaintiff Parental Rights immediately and extend full parental rights to Defendants w/o Plaintiff support."
On top of that, she also wants a court ordered DNA test but wants to be able to maintain her relationship with the Crazy in Love duo.
"I desire to preserve this relationship as these are great people!" she said in the documents.
Still, Seals is known for filing outlandish lawsuits such as this. She has also claimed she is the mother of North West, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's daughter and has filed a lawsuit against Janet Jackson for Michael jackson's children.
