Getting his first major article published in a magazine has managed to backfire on Will's (Guy Wilson) life in so many ways on Days of Our Lives-but he never imagined that all the consequences he's facing would be because of his husband, Sonny (Freddie Smith).

Will & Sonny's Marriage Hits A Rough Patch

Will has learned that the only reason his article detailing his mother, Sami (Allison Sweeney) and Kate's (Lauren Koslow) takeover of E.J.'s (James Scott) company-which discussed the specifics of her revenge plot against E.J. and Abigail (Kate Mansi) for having an affair-was assigned to him because of Sonny calling in a favor to his grandfather, Victor (John Aniston)-who owns the magazine.

Now, he is royally pissed with his husband, because he takes his actions as a lack of confidence in his ability to make a successful career as a writer-and when the backlash he has encountered as a result is factored into the equation, he will become the most upset he has ever been, and the two will have a major fight as a result. Because Will may start to believe he can't trust Sonny, it could also put a huge wedge into the couple's marriage-and potentially inch them closer to divorce court.

Kristen's Official Return to Salem Shocks Everyone

Meanwhile, at the hospital, Daniel (Shawn Christian) will become highly suspicious of Kristen (Eileen Davidson) when he sees her roaming the hallways-and more specifically sees her slipping into John's (Drake Hogestyn) room. Considering her schemes to try and get to Brady (Eric Martsolff), she could potentially be up to no good-which will force Daniel to try and intervene.

However, Kristen does want to find some way to reconnect with Brady-and if she can figure out some way to help his father wake up, it could be the perfect way to get her former flame to forgive her for her all of her previously devious and seedy actions that helped ruin his life.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
