The names of the 13 celebrities competing on the upcoming season of ABC's Dancing With the Stars have been released, and there are already presumptive frontrunners being proclaimed.

The 13 new celebrities set to compete on Dancing With the Stars in Season 19 were announced Thursday on ABC's Good Morning America. The lineup is as follows:

Already, Pretty Little Liars actress Parrish is being called out as the one to beat, along with partner Chmerkovskiy.

Meanwhile, on the PureDWTS poll, Mota is the one who is being hailed as a potential winner with Hough, a five-time pro champion.

Anything can happen on Dancing With the Stars and it's possible that any of these couples could surprise and become frontrunners to win the Mirrorball Trophy.

Dancing With the Stars Season 19 premieres Monday, Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. on ABC. The first two weeks of the competition will have a Tuesday results show, which had been eliminated during Season 17 and 18.
