Dancing With the Stars cohost Erin Andrews recently revealed that the rehearsals for some of the dances performed on the show are too dirty for network television.

Dancing With the Stars New Pros Talk 'Challenging' First Day

"Our dress rehearsals need to find their way on to cable television," Andrews told Fox News. "They're dirty. They're nasty. They're funny. They would never be allowed on regular broadcast TV, and it's some of the best material ever."

Andrews will be co-hosting her second season of Dancing With the Stars this fall after joining in Season 18 in the spring. She previously competed on the show during Season 10, where she placed third with popular pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

Andrews said that her cohost Tom Bergeron is the "quarterback" of the show: "Dude has the driest, most sarcastic sense of humor, always keeps me on my toes."

When she joined DWTS as a cohost, Andrews was criticized by some fans, but she tries not to let criticism get to her.

"I don't think I'm doing anything wrong in my personal life, but now everybody is a judge and now with the Internet and social media, everybody has something to say," she said. "I have a fantastic support system with my family, my boyfriend and my friend, and they're just like, 'block that all out.'"

Dancing With the Stars Season 19 begins Monday, Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. on ABC. The season will also have a Tuesday results show for the first two weeks of the competition. The series has been without a separate results show since Season 16.
