The latest trailer for FX's American Horror Story: Freak Show, previewing the variety of "freaks," both big and small.

Matt Bomer Says "The Freakier, The Better" For New American Horror Story Role

The new trailer is titled Big and Small and features a giant standing with the freak show behind him. Only his legs are visible as a little person with a mustache walks in between his legs and mugs for the camera. He stands confidently in front of the giant as the logo for American Horror Story: Freak Show flashes.

The characters set to be featured in the freak show are gradually being revealed to the general public. Among the stars, Sarah Paulson is playing conjoined twins Dot and Bette Tattler, Kathy Bates plays bearded lady Ethel Darling, Evan Peters is playing "lobster boy" Jimmy Darling, Angela Bassett plays the three-breasted Desiree Dupree and Michael Chiklis plays strongman Dell Toledo.

Other "freaks" include the world's smallest woman Ma Petite (Jyoti Amge), Amazon Eve (Erika Ervin), Paul the Illustrated Seal (Mat Fraser) and microcephalic Pepper (Naomi Grossman), who was first featured in American Horror Story: Asylum.

New photos from the set of Freak Show, posted on Entertainment Weekly, reveal the various freaks hanging around the big tent, mostly out in the field. Other photos show some of the non-freaks, including con artist Stanley (Denis O'Hare) and mother of a potential freak show performer Gloria Mott (Frances Conroy).

American Horror Story: Freak Show is set to debut Wednesday, Oct. 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
