"Dancing with the Stars" dancer Cheryl Burke stepped out in West Hollywood with younger actor Zac Efron.

Burke, 28, was hanging out with the "High School Musical" star in West Hollywood at Bootsy Bellows.

Efron, 24, joined Burke and her group of girls in the VIP room at the popular club.

"At one point, they went up to get drinks from the bar, and they showed off their dance moves," an onlooker told PEOPLE exclusively. "They ordered a few cocktails to bring back for them and their friends."

The pair brought attention to themselves when Efron's hands were full of the beverages he bought for Burke and her group of friends and when it was time to pay for the bill, Burke signed the receipt on his behalf, added the insider.

Burke, who is rumored to be dating hockey player Joffrey Lupul, had interaction with Efron that indicated that they were "definitely flirty friends and didn't talk to many other people."

Burke has won two seasons of "Dancing with the Stars." The first time with Nick Lachey's brother Drew Lachey and the second with retired football star Emmitt Smith. She is the only dancer on the show to win twice.

Burke's rumored boyfriend Joffrey Lupul plays for the NHL's Toronto Maple Leafs team.

Zac Efron became a teenage heart throb after his appearance in Disney's "High School Musical." He has also appeared in "Hairspray", "New Year's Eve" and previously dated Vanessa Hudgens.
