AMC's Mad Men has received a number of awards and accolades during its eight season run.

'Mad Men' Star Becomes A Father

At the Emmys alone, the series has brought in a total of 15 wins and 105 nominations. Christina Hendricks, known for playing Joan Harris on the series, has nabbed five nominations for Outstanding Supporting Actress in Drama Series.

It's no surprise, Hendricks attends a lot of award ceremonies. For the last five years she's walked the red carpet in outfits designed by Vivienne Westwood.

Jon Hamm Discusses 'Mad Men' Pressure

According to The Hollywood Reporter on Thursday, the actress has adored Westwood's work for nearly twenty years. "[It's a] dichotomy of traction and being active and always moving forward," declared Hendricks.

In turn, Westwood had wonderful things to say about her client, noting that as an actress Hendricks "always got something in her mind, it's never a vacant expression." Even so, the designer revealed that she hasn't really watched Hendricks's iconic AMC series.

In fact Westwood, famous for dressing the stars, doesn't watch much of anything.

"I don't watch television and I don't follow popular too much," revealed the designer in talking about Mad Men, "So I don't know much about the program."

While Westwood has only seen one clip from the AMC series, that hasn't stopped her from dressing Hendricks for success when it comes to walking the red carpet. With AMC still preparing to release the final episodes of Mad Men's seventh and final season, Hendricks will likely call on Westwood again before the show is over.

Mad Men returns to AMC to finish out its seventh and final season January 2015.
