A day of both reckoning and bad news are set to surround two of Salem's residents on Days of Our Lives.

John Makes A Shocking Announcement About His Accident

Since John (Drake Hogestyn) woke up from his coma, Theresa (Jen Lilley) has been waiting and silently panicking that he would remember her attacking him and putting him in the hospital. Unfortunately for her, he has remembered the entire incident and decided to share the truth with Marlena (Deidre Hall) and Brady (Eric Martsolf).

Now, he will summon Theresa to his hospital room as well, and may inform her that everyone now knows the truth about what she did-and the scheming woman could be forced to pay for the crime she committed as a result. In addition to potentially having to deal with her actions in a legal sense, she will also have to potentially face Brady's wrath over lying to him and telling him he was the one who smacked John with the fireplace poker.

Susan Warns E.J. About Danger

While Theresa's day is certainly not going to be an easy one, E.J. DiMera (James Scott) could potentially have a worse time of it, as the bad news keeps rolling in for him ever since he and Sami (Allison Sweeney) reconciled.

Not only has he officially been denounced as a DiMera by his father, Stefano (Joseph Mascolo)--after the patriarch learned that E.J. was the one who gave the police enough evidence to keep him out of town-but he will learn that his business plans with Clyde (James Read) have gone awry as well.

E.J. specifically told Clyde not to expand the business deal, but Clyde was insistent that it needed to be done-and may have gone behind E.J.'s back to do what he wanted. Now, without the protection of being a DiMera, E.J. will be forced to venture outside of the safety of the mansion so he can confront his business partner about his actions.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
