She also shared a photo of a white mannequin head with her character's name - Sia - written on it.

The upcoming miniseries is based on Alice Hoffman's 2011 historical novel of the same name, which tells the true story of 900 Jewish people who the Romans forced to evacuate to Masada, an ancient fortification.

The show also features former NCIS star (and fan favorite) Cote de Pablo. De Pablo will star as Shirah, a "sensual, mysterious and fiercely independent single mother with uncanny insights and a quiet and mysterious power," according to CBS.

While fans have to wait till 2015 till the show's premiere, some cast and crew have shared photos from set.

Executive producer Roma Downey shared a new photo from set on Instagram. In the photo, the 54-year-old sat with some of the actors, who are all in full costume. The caption reads, "Roma and the Romans ! Catching a breather between epic battle scenes on set of #thedovekeepers."

Cast member Rachel Brosnahan also shared a photo from set on Sept. 29, which also showed her in costume standing next to a camel. "This camel got reeallllll fresh with me today. #TheDovekeepers," she wrote as the caption.
