Idris Elba Instagram: Ladies Swoon Over 'Sexual Chocolate' Actor When He Shares Sweaty Workout Clip, 'I'm Speechless' [VIDEO]
If ladies already could not get enough of Luther actor Idris Elba, he made sure to capture their attention once again when he shared a sweaty workout video on Instagram Wednesday.

Elba, who most recently played in No Good Deed alongside Taraji P. Henson, uploaded the now popular video on the photo sharing app and it has already snagged more than 19,000 likes.
In the video, an oiled up and shirtless Elba does an exercise in preparation for his upcoming film.

He captioned the footage with, "Training for my next Film. Bastille Day. Grinding." While he might have thought it was not such a big deal, some of his lady followers could not help but comment.
One wrote, "I'm just here breathing hard. I can't find the words yet!" They later added, "No wait... I find them... EH HEH!!!!" Another did not let the small chance Elba would actually see their comment stop them from writing one. "I'm literally speechless and you'll never notice this but I still gotta fawn publicly".
Some other fans' comments were a little more simple. From "Sexual chocolate" to "Omg hot-tay!!!" "hubba hubba" and "Jesus". Unfortunately for the ladies who were swooning over him, Elba is taken. In fact, he is a new father as his girlfriend gave birth earlier this year.
