Instagram's leading celebrity Dan Bilzerian is becoming an even bigger hit, but it looks like his sanity is being questioned.

On Monday, E! News posted a clip from The Filthy Rich Guide that shows a summary of Bilzerian's Instagram page that pretty much shows the typical bizarre situations that the man gets caught up in. This includes guns, semi-nude girls, fancy cars as well as his pet cat named Smushball.

A group of people speak into the camera about how wild this Instagram page is, one of them saying that "it's out of control." One of Bilzerian's quotes was also mentioned that reads, "When I was a kid I never wanted to be classy. I just wanted to be rich." Apparently, this mission has been accomplished.

Wealth psychiatrist Michael Stone then appears in the clip to say what he thinks about Bilzerian's mental state considering that he's described as "a shirtless, muscle bound multi-millionaire with a cat posting with an eight-foot gun surrounded by naked women playing ping pong."

"He did seem to care about the cat...which is a good sign," Dr. Stone said.

This clip might air on The Soup on Wednesday night at 10 p.m. On E! If it does, then more comments about Bilzerian might be exposed with other details about outrageous moments he's posted on social media. Some of these might include driving giant vehicles as well as being handcuffed by cops only to be driving one of their cars with a bottle of whiskey in his hand.
