"It still keeps them stuck. They are getting money for free. They feel worthless. They are uneducated."

She added that the Democratic party is also a huge hinderace on minority communities in the United States.

"I mean, as long as you are that way, (Democrats) can keep you under their control."

She went on to slam the Democratic party for having a "plantation mentality."

"As long as they give you this much money, you'll stay right htere. You don't need to know too much because you'll start thinking for yourself."

Fans took to their Twitter to reveal their mixed reactions to the comments.

One wrote, "Well...I did my research...narrow minded is the word for this lost individual."

Still, another fan stood up for Dash and tweeted, "In defense of Stacey Dash, many Blacks on welfare have become content. Uneducated isn't an appropriate word, but rather not knowledgeable".

A third fan simply stated that Dash was "clueless."

"Stacey Dash is definitely living up to her 'Clueless' character with the recent comments she's made about Blacks..."

Another added, "Can you really be that ignorant? How do you know what blacks want? You don't associate with them. You really are clueless."
