Michael Phelps was seen with an unidentified blonde woman several times in London following his Olympic wins.

The mystery woman has been revealed to be a cocktail waitress who serves at celebrity hotspot Blok in Hollywood, California.

Radar Online has reported that the woman is Megan Rossee, an aspiring model who has been dating the Olympic swimmer since January.

"Michael and Megan have been an item since January," the source told the website exclusively. "He met her in Blok nightclub - and despite advances from Paris Hilton's ex Doug Reinhardt, she chose Michael."

Rossee tweeted a picture of herself on August 5 with Phelps with the caption: @michaelphelps "Yay Michael:)" 

Today she tweeted: @michaelphelps "forgot to say thanks for letting me play with you guys yesterdy" 

Phelps invited the 25-year-old to the Olympic trials as well as the London Games to join him in celebrating his historic wins. With 22 medals, he is considered the most decorated Olympian of all time. He holds another record for winning the most gold medals ever, a record-winning 18.

"Michael was desperate for her to see more of the world, so he decided that she should join him in London for the Olympics. Michael is completely besotted with Megan and now that he's retired is even thinking of popping the question," the source added.

Rossee is an spiring model who considers herself a "5'9.5" All-American girl with "experience in High Fashion Print, Runway, Film and Television," according to her website.

Rossee is not the first cocktail waitress Phelps has dated. The 27-year-old was reported to have been dating a Las Vegas waitress, Caroline "Caz" Pal. According to AOL, Phelps and Pal were getting pretty serious. He reportedly took her to meet his family in Baltimore for Thanksgiving dinner, according to the report. They met not long after he competed in the Beijing Games in 2008. "Caz" worked at Palms Casino Resort's Moon Nightclub where Phelps was known to gamble.
