The trustee handling the case, Jason Pettie, has accused the couple of hiding some of their most valuable assets and loads of cash. He has requested a judge give him more time to sort through the case so he can get to the truth of how much Chrisley and his wife Julie Chrisley really have.

He said in documents obtained by Radar Online Tuesday he "has reason to believe" that the two turned in "fraudulent" documents in attempt to prove their point.

He provides an example of the notary public who certified a document dated back to 2005 "was not associated with them until 2007."

Pettie reportedly hopes to not only question the notary public but Todd as well.

On top of that potential scandal, Pettie wants "any and all email correspondence by [Todd, Julie] and/or any third party that refers, relates to, or otherwise evidences the transfers of" funds.

Pettie claims the couple took out $500,000 a month as personal use from the profits they earned from their business.

He also points out that Todd or Julie have not had a job since 2012.

"However, they continue to live in lavish residences, drive expensive vehicles, and travel extensively. Their lifestyle is the subject of an up-coming reality television show...."

In the meantime, the Chrisleys star in the hit reality series, Chrisley Knows Best, airing Tuesdays at 10/9c on USA.
