Basketball Wives LA star Draya Michele has possibly spoken out after word of an adult film has surfaced.

Draya took to her Twitter Saturday to open up about the news.

Draya's tweets come weeks after the reality star's ex-boyfriend David Miranda sued her and claimed she could possibly put out the tape in the future without his permission. News of the tape first hit the Internet in 2011 when someone said they would leak the footage.

Miranda is suing Draya as he wants to get the tape back to ensure that it will not hit the Internet. According to TMZ, a mysterious tape is getting attention from some of the most popular adult film companies. While it is not confirmed it is actually Draya in the picture, the site reported that it looks like the swim suit designer and the male also resembles Miranda.

Miranda apparently believes that Draya is behind the tape possible getting out.

The two dated from January 2011 to September 2013.

Draya is currently dating Dallas Cowboys star Orlando Scandrick.

She shared a picture on Instagram to let fans know they are still going strong despite the drama surrounding the tape.

She posted a picture of she and Scandrick Monday with the caption, "The support system behind the machine is what keeps it running."
