Keith Urban proved to be a tremendous support to wife and actress Nicole Kidman following the death of her father in September, but new rumors indicate that the country star is hesitant to let his mother-in-law move in with them.

This week both Celebrity Fix and the Daily Mail reported that Kidman allegedly wants her mother, Janelle, to move into their Nashville home.

The actress was devastated by the loss of her father, Dr. Tony Kidman, and has become even more family-oriented this season. While her husband has been supportive of this, a change in the household might just be too much.

Urban is allegedly concerned about how the presence of his mother-in-law with change the dynamic of his family, especially since he and his wife rarely get alone time given their busy schedules.

Neither Urban nor Kidman have commented on the rumor just yet, though time will tell if the decision to bring Janelle to the United States will be made.

"We've had some terrible things happen this year in our family," noted Kidman in an interview with the Daily Mail on Wednesday. "So we'll be holding tight to each other. That's all you can do at Christmas. Hold tight to each other."

For now Urban and Kidman continue to live in Nashville with their two young daughters, six-year-old Sunday Rose and three-year-old Faith Margaret.
