While viewers anxiously await Kanakaredes arrival, however, they will be treated to Christmas in Hawaii. Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and his Five-0 team will say "Mele Kalikimaka" while as they travel to the Big Island to solve and out-of-this-world case.

When a cowboy is poisoned in "Ke Koho Mamao Aku (Longshot)," the investigators will find themselves on the slopes on "Mauna Loa." Somehow, the dead cowboy will link up with the testing of a new Mars rover. As the team pokes around the science compound, Max will have to face off with his rival medical examiner.
