Future episodes of The Fosters are likely going to have some heartbreaking moments based on the trailer for the season two winter premiere.

'The Fosters' Cast Members Tease Christmas Special Details

The trailer was posted on Zap 2 It on Monday where a heartfelt song plays as Brandon and Callie sit together looking happy. But that happiness will probably not stick around as she tells him in another scene that she can't handle any more bad news.

There are also a number of unhappy faces as well as tears falling down Mariana's face.

Is There Going To Be A Third Season Of 'The Fosters?'

Brandon's father is also going to break down a door as he and Stef work together. She's also going to probably have to rely on Lena to be there for her since they share more chemistry as mom and mom.

This promo also leaves questions on where Callie is going to end up. Her father comes back and is going to try to win custody over her. But whatever happens, it appears that Callie is going to have her Fosters be a part of her no matter where she goes.

There are still going to be some moments where the family looks happy together, but Callie will also walk out of the house as tears fall from her eyes. Will this have to do with Brandon or does it have to do with the balance of having two families? Or is it all just too much for her to handle?

The Fosters Christmas special airs on Monday, December 8 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family. The winter premiere airs on Monday, January 19.
