It's no secret that playboy Dan Bilzerian likes to play with some pretty expensive toys every now and then.

Some of his all time favorite things are his luxurious guns, but Bilzerian may have shot himself in the foot and landed him self behind bars.

It looks like the self proclaimed 'King Of Instagram' may be on time out, because he was arrested on Tuesday night after attempting to make a bomb.

According to the criminal complaint contained by TMZ, Bilzerian had aluminum powder, ammonium, along with nitrate max, and when mixed, the concoction acts like TNT.

Apparently this has been an ongoing investigation. Last month, Clark County, Nev. police officials issued a warrant for Bilzerian's arrest however the warrant was kept under seal because cops didn't want to blow their cover.

When Bilzerian's plane landed in LAX, he was hauled off by police and is currently being held without bail.

Back in 1999, Bilzerian was kicked out of the Navy Seal program just two days become graduation and it looks like he still has a lesson or two to learn.

It looks like the boy just wanted to have some fun, but he may have taken it too far this time. Let's hope Bilzerian can use his poker face to get him out of this one.

If convicted he could face up to 6 years in prison.
