Less than a month before they are set to welcome their second baby girl, Baltierra took to Instagram, where he shared a special photo of his fiancee standing in front of a Christmas tree, and showing off her growing pregnancy belly.

"Watching the woman I love carrying our daughter is the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed," Baltierra wrote on Monday. "We're so close to finally meeting you little princess and Daddy can't wait to hold you, kiss you and smother you with all the love I have to give #36weeks #LessThan4WeeksToGo."

Baltierra and Lowell's baby girl is due in January, around the same day as his birthday, which is Jan. 11. Although an exact due date hasn't been given, Lowell appears to be getting close, judging by the size of her baby bump.

After the pair welcome their new baby, they'll be diving headfirst into planning their spring 2015 wedding. While the couple previously planned to tie the knot last year, their wedding was called off during filming on Couple's Therapy.

On the show, the Teen Mom couple addressed several issues within their relationship with the series' on-site counselor, Dr. Jenn Berman. Once they left, Baltierra and Lowell focused on growing both individually, and as a couple, and months later, their wedding plans were back on.
