Could Emily Blunt make her way into the possible sequel of the smash animated film Frozen?

'Frozen' Gets A Short Film To Premiere Before 'Cinderella' Next Year

On Friday, Cinema Blend posted the details from the Into the Woods star who did not seem too confident about joining a sequel mainly because someone else pretty much belongs to the beloved film.

"No, no! That [series] is for my friend Kristen Bell, who just crushed it, and I am so happy for her," Blunt said about the actress who played Anna in the film. "So no. I don't know. There's just never going to be another Elsa and an Anna. There just can't."

But does this mean that Blunt will never play a princess in an animated film? She seemed open to the idea of that possibility.

"Wouldn't that be great?" she said. "Who knows? She could be obsessed with flowers, or something..."

Right now, there is still no word if a sequel to Frozen will ever happen. And if it does, it could be a good while before it comes out and becomes official.

Blunt plays the baker's wife in the current musical-turned-movie Into the Woods. She stars alongside Anna Kendrick, Chris Pine and Meryl Streep who plays the witch. It's nominated for three Golden Globe Awards for Best Motion Picture- Musical or Comedy, Best Actress in a Musical or Comedy (Blunt) and Best Supporting Actress in a Musical or Comedy (Streep).
