The video shows the 'King of Instagram' running through the snow and clearly he's forgot about his clothes and shoes.

To make the video more bizarre, Bilzerian lays down in the snow and attempts to make a snow angel, and it looks like the challenge was completed.

It's clear that it's beyond freezing, and Bilzerian's swim trunks aren't really doing to the trick, but it looks like he did survive and luckily remained heart attack free.

Bilzerian's fans obviously commented on the photo, and of course they know his actions are crazy, but it's clear that they still want a small taste of his reality.

In the video, the trust fund recipient captioned the video, "Seeing if I can have a heart attack without strippers and Viagra."
