She thought they would overcome every obstacle in their path as they always have, but Paige (True O'Brien) will learn the hard way that she and JJ (Casey Moss) won't be able to overcome everything on Days of Our Lives.

JJ and Eve Sleep Together Again

The young couple has had a rough year, starting with their mothers, Eve (Kassie DePaiva) and Jen (Melissa Reeves) going head-to-head in court over the royalties from Jack's book. After that was settles however, the drama didn't stop-specifically after Paige chose to defer admission to Stanford for a year so she could stay in Salem and attend the local university with JJ. Eve has consistently tried breaking the young couple up, including setting JJ up with a con woman at a party who drugged him and took posed suggestive pictures with him.

However, nothing worked-until the night she and JJ slept together after both receiving devastating news. The incident led Eve to demand JJ end things with Paige for good-which still didn't happen either, as the two began to then date in secret. Eve even tried manipulating the situation concerning her father's health and nearly convinced Paige to move to L.A. permanently, before she was found out. However, her secret getting out led to another angry tryst with JJ-and the guilt over cheating on his girlfriend-with her mother-- twice ate at him and caused him to officially break things off.

Eve Manipulates Her Situation To Her Advantage

However, Paige isn't letting go easily, and will demand JJ give her some answers about what's going on, because she believes they can get through everything. However, she may be unprepared for the truth when JJ admits to his infidelities, and could find herself ringing in the New Year completely crushed and broken over what happened.
