Despite his huge betrayals, his wife still wanted to work things out with their marriage-but Rick (Jacob Young) will officially close that chapter of his life on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Maya Makes A Huge Move Against Ivy

After learning Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) had shared a few kisses with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Rick resumed hooking up with his ex-girlfriend, Maya (Karla Moseley). And though he was ordered to reunite with Caroline in order to hold on to his position as CEO of Forrester Creations, Rick schemed to attain irrevocable control of the company and continued seeing Maya on the side.

Now, with his schemes having officially paid off, Rick has been dealing with Caroline's final pleas to work on and save their marriage-but he will finally have had enough and will shut her down for good by telling her he can't forget what she did to him.

Caroline Quits Working At Forrester?

"Our marriage is over, Caroline," he says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Jan. 7 episode. "I can never trust you again."

After his cruel and cold statements, Caroline may finally decide to give up, and will leave him be-but it won't be the last he will hear about his recent decisions-which included duping not only his wife and brother, but his father, Eric (John McCook) as well.

Now, Eric may confront his son for doing what he did-and will once again trash his relationship with Maya, causing Rick to get defensive about the scheming model, insisting she is better for him than his wife was.

"She would never do to me what Caroline did," he says in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
