Katie Maloney had a blast in Miami without her former BFF.

'Vanderpump Rules' Star Scheana Marie Is Happy Katie Maloney Is 'Free' From Stassi Schroeder

Although Maloney is typically seen with Stassi Schroeder at her side on episodes of Vanderpump Rules, the girlfriend of Tom Schwartz traveled out of her comfort zone on Monday night for Scheana Marie and Mike Shay's bachelor/bachelorette weekend. Prior to the trip, Maloney considered the potential drama that could arise.

"I really wasn't looking forward to a trip with both Jax and Kristen but I had come so far with my process of letting go and not letting petty grudges get the best of me," Maloney wrote in her blog on Monday. "I was confident that it wouldn't get to me. Besides there are plenty of people I love going on this trip. I'm not going to let two people ruin it."

Before the cast trip to Miami, Marie sat down with Maloney, and invited her to come along on the trip. Previously, Maloney was left out of the guest list because of her relationship with Schroeder, who doesn't get along with Marie. While Maloney was hesitant at first, she eventually agreed to put her differences with Marie aside and enjoy her time on the east coast.

"The day out on the boat was so much fun!" Maloney recalled. "Everyone let lose and danced and the rain actually made it that much more fun! If this was any indication of how the rest of trip was going to go then we were going to have the time of our lives."
