Following the news that General Hospital star Kelly Monaco would be making an appearance on ABC Family's Baby Daddy, two of that show's cast members are set to potentially stir things up in a special episode of the long-running soap opera.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Derek Theler (Danny Wheeler) and Melissa Peterman (Bonnie Wheeler) are slated to make their own special appearances on GH around Valentine's Day, on the episode slated to air on Feb. 13.

Peterman will play an old friend of Olivia's (Lisa LoCicero) named Melissa Santoro Picard, who will pay her a visit and quickly learn her friend is upset on Valentine's Day because of the torch she is still carrying for Ned (Wally Kurth)-who is still involved with Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). And in an attempt to possibly help her friend out with her messy love life, Melissa will set out to give Ned a big piece of her mind about the way he's been treating Olivia-and will instead find a familiar face working at the Quartermaine mansion that will in turn bring her some shock.

Theler in the meantime, will play a colleague of Patrick's (Jason Thompson) named Derek, who gets stood up by his Valentine's Day date and keeps Sam company after Patrick delays their date because of a last-minute consult at the hospital. And while he won't necessarily cause major trouble for the new couple, he could stir up some trouble for them in the future, as he and Sam will reportedly discover the true meaning of Valentine's Day in their short time together.

Catch Peterman and Theler on General Hospital on Feb. 13. Monaco will appear on the comedy series on Feb. 14.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
