CNN anchor Anderson Cooper had a busy week, but he still took the time to send a gift to first time mom Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.

Anderson sent Snooki and her fiance, Jionni LaVelle, two dozen cannolis as a sentiment for the delivery of their healthy baby boy.

The cannolis were delivered from Carlo's Bakery in Hoboken, N.J., according to the publicist for Cooper's daytime show, "Anderson Live." The bakery is featured on TLC's hit reality show "Cake Boss."

Polizzi, 24, delivered Lorenzo "Enzo" Dominic LaValle early Sunday morning on Aug. 26. The reality star expressed her appreciation for Cooper's sweet treats on Twitter:

"Thank u so much. Just got ur gift!" she wrote. "We love you, Mr.Anderstand."

The "Snooki and JWoww" star nicknamed the 45-year-old Mr. Anderstand when she appeared on "Anderson Live." On the segment, Polizzi took the host to get a spray tan and commented on his body.

Cooper invited Polizzi to appear on his show to reconcile with the star after they exchanged a heated fued on Twitter. When the "Jersey Shore" star was paid $32,000 to speak to students at Rutgers University, Cooper reportedly called her a "one impossibly lucky, unusually spunky, freakishly tan, beer-guzzling, juicehead-hugging, muscle-loving, Botero body, pint-sized money-making machine," and then blasted her book "A Shore Thing" on "Anderson Cooper 360." Polizzi reminded him it was a New York Times bestseller and was later invited to appear on his show.

Shortly after Polizzi gave birth, she posted on her Twitter page "I am SO IN LOVE with my son Lorenzo Dominic! I had my little man last night, healthy at 6 lbs! HE'SMY WORLD! <3"

Polizzi gave birth a little before 3 a.m. on Sunday at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, N.J., with LaVelle by her side, E! News reported. Her reps confirmed when the star was admitted to the hospital, "Yes, Nicole has gone into labor. While we understand she has fans everywhere - hospitals now included - we ask that her privacy be respected moving forward. we'll all get to meet her Italian Stallion newborn soon enough."

No photos of the newborn have surfaced yet, either on the star's Twitter or Instagram, but rumors suggest that LaVelle recorded the entire labor.

Soon after Lorenzo was born, Snooki tweeted "Relaxing with my boo" along with a thumbs up sign and a rep for the star released a statement saying,  "The world just got another Guido!!!"

Cooper's daytime talk show, "Anderson Live," premieres on Sept. 10. He tweeted a photo of himself on set on Tuesday, Aug. 21.
