"Wife Swap" star Alicia Guastaferro, who had been incarcerated for prostitution on Aug. 27th, is apparently married.

Scott Kleven is claiming that he had tied the knot with the 20-year-old back in Nov. 2011 in Niagara Falls, NY. However, the couple had already separated a few months ago.

The hubby is saying that the reality star was a dancer during the marriage and already had a bad habit of sneaking off to meet with male clients.

Upon his revelation of her infidelity, Kleven states that he had broken it off with Guastaferro and moved to Florida.

According to TMZ, the groom had the following comments regarding Alicia's latest run-in with the law.

"With her not coming home on several occasions, the prostitution arrest is no surprise to me."

He thinks that Guastaferro had gotten into prostitution as a way to aid her financially strapped family.

Kleven also said that he is familiar with the lawyer his wife was found with, as they had met up several times during the marriage. Although the paperwork has yet to be finalized, the former couple is reportedly in the process of a divorce.

According to the gossip site, Guastaferro and lawyer James D. Doyle had been stopped in a vehicle near Buffalo, New York on Wednesday when a concerned driver saw them swerving eastbound on the New York State Thruway and reported them to the police.

The responding officer then found the car parked in a service area and still running with Doyle and Guastaferro asleep.

Doyle was arrested for DWI, providing alcohol to a minor and patronizing a prostitute while Guastaferro was taken in for prostitution.
