As fans wait for news of whether Hart of Dixie will return to the CW for season 5, new mom Rachel Bilson was spotted preparing for a road trip and we got a small glimpse of little Briar Rose.

Bilson cradled the child, who is less than three months old, as she ran errands in Los Angeles. She held Briar Rose closely and covered her in a blanket in a snapshot that shows the back of the adorable infant's head. She rocked a blue outfit while Bilson stayed comfortable in a fleece and jogging pants.

She and her longtime boyfriend Hayden Christensen were seen taking off in an RV shortly after getting coffee from Starbucks.

Bilson's costar Jaime King definitely shocked fans when she revealed she had five miscarriages before conceiving her now one-year-old son. Now she has opened up about why she wanted to speak out about her struggle to have children.

King, who just celebrated her son James Knight Newman's first birthday back in October, spoke with People magazine and said she hopes that sharing the news with her fans will help others be more open to speaking about it.

"I was hiding what I was going through for so long, and I hear about so many women going through what I went through. If I'm open about it, hopefully it won't be so taboo to talk about it."

King found out during her struggle that she suffered from polycystic ovarian syndrome, which impacted her hormones and fertility. She also was diagnosed with endometriosis. But that didn't stop her from conceiving following five tries of in vitro fertilization and 26 attempts of intrauterine insemination.

"When I got pregnant, it was the best thing in the whole world. I had never felt so grateful, happy and elated."

Still, King quickly found out what it meant to be a working mom when she returned to the set of Hart of Dixie six weeks after Newman's arrival.

"The baby was with me, but my husband was gone [on set]. I was basically by myself. Having to go back to work was very traumatic because I was still breastfeeding and up every two hours. I felt this major pressure."

You can catch both ladies on Hart of Dixie Fridays at 8/7c on the CW.
