The next episode of Glee, titled The Hurt Locker, Part Two, features Sue (Jane Lynch) leading an Invitational competition for the New Directions, Vocal Adrenaline and the Warblers. In a new sneak peek, provided by Entertainment Tonight, Darren Criss (who plays Blaine) and Morrison explain what's ahead.

"Sue has somehow finagled an Invitational competition. It's kind of like a scrimmage for the glee clubs to kind of strut their stuff," Criss says in the video, featured below.

Morrison explains that this is an Invitational that takes place at McKinley, with Vocal Adrenaline, the Warblers and the New Directions set to perform.

"So it's the three of us, and we're all just kind of putting on a show. No stakes or anything, at least we think so, until Sue throws us a bone," Morrison adds.

As such, some "bad blood" occurs between Will and Rachel when the former refuses to throw the competition to the latter and her New Directions.

"Rachel's a little pissed, she wants me to kind of throw the competition and I'm like 'look, my job is on the line here I can't just throw a competition because I like you.'" Morrison says. "Some tensions early on. Who knows where that's gonna lead to."

It remains to be seen what the end result will be, but the episode will certainly feature some interesting tension between Rachel and Will.

Glee airs Fridays at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox.
