'Teen Mom' Catelynn Lowell Updates Fans On Her New Family Life

Along with a sweet message to his baby girl, the Teen Mom dad posted a photo of her hand holding his on Instagram.

"I promise to always hold your hand through this life. I promise to never let go. I promise to love and guide you until the end of time," Baltierra captioned the photo. "I love her little hands...she's just perfect #NovaleeReign #MyTootie."

Lowell and Baltierra welcomed their second daughter on New Year's Day, just over five years after their first daughter, Carly, was born. As fans of the reality couple will recall, Lowell gave birth to Carly while filming MTV's 16 & Pregnant. At the time, she and Baltierra weren't financially able to provide their child with the necessary means to succeed, and chose adoption in order to give her a better life.

Around the same time Baltierra shared his new photo of Novalee, Lowell posted a tweet to fans, gushing about her love for "mommy life."

"Love it when my Nova sleeps for five hours at night!! #mommylife," she wrote.

Lowell and Baltierra have been filming season five on Teen Mom for the last few months. On the upcoming installment of the hit series, fans will watch was the couple prepares for the birth of Novalee, as well as their spring 2015 wedding.
