According to the site, Lil Wayne is planning to sue Cash Money music executive Birdman for millions of dollars and he plans to ensure that Drake along with the other members of his Young Money label stay with him.

The Louisiana rapper plans to keep all of the Young Money artists under is 'umbrella' so that means Drake is leaving Cash Money.

It's clear that this matter will have to be settled in court, and it's only a matter of times before things get ugly.

In Lil Wayne's new mixtape Sorry For The Wait 2 his new song Coco says, "I ain't trippin', I got Barbie (Nicki Minaj)... I got Drake too."

It's no secret that both Lil Wayne and Birdman have played a large role in Drake's success, but eventually Drake will have to choose sides, and maybe he already has.

Drake has yet to publically discuss the issues related to this matter, but only time will tell what label the rapper decides to stick with.
